  1 How do you Play/Bid? ;
Ans:   First find your item and then click on BID NOW where you will be asked to make a bid offer.

Once you have decided how much you would like to bid for the item you will then click on BID NOW again and the Admin Fee will be deducted from your account with us,
(You can not bid if you have no money in your account). Each bid offer made requires you to pay the Admin Fee.

Your bid will then tell you whether or not you have or are the Lowest Unique Bidder or where you stand at this point. So really you actually get told where abouts you are placed within the auction right down to if you currently have the lowest unique bid in place.

If you do then all you have to do is keep checking your e-mails to see if anyone else has become the lowest unique bidder.

You can bid as often as you like until the auction closes.

Unlike some here every bidder that places a bid offer has a chance unlike some sites where only the lowest bid from the last bidder is all that counts. We give everybody a fair and even chance here from the first to the last bidder.

Even if you get a return message after you place your offer in that says (You are not the lowest Unique Bidder) This doesn't mean that your offer may not become the Lowest Unique Bid Offer before the auction closes.

Happy Bidding

  2 What is the lowest unique bid? ;
Ans:   The Lowest Unique Bid is the lowest bid placed that has not been duplicated by any other player.

Example; The auction has ended and the bids are like this,

bidder-A=2c
bidder-B=2c
bidder-C=3c
bidder-A=3c
bidder-D=4c
bidder-D=3c
bidder-B=5c
bidder-C=5c
bidder-E=6c

In this case bidder-D gets to buy/win that item for 4c plus postage costs if stated as he/she is the only one to have made that bid and he/she has the Lowest Unique Bid amount.

Now if another bidder came along and placed a 1 cent bid offer then he/she would become the winner as no-body has used this amount as yet.

This is the same for, if somebody came along and placed a 4 cent offer then the Lowest Unique Bid Would become the 6 cent amount ( This scenario does not include the 1 cent offer as this example is base on the table above).

Bid offers can range from 1c to the "Max Bid Amount" allowed of that particular item and you can place as many bids as you like on any one item as long as you have enough credit in your account to cover the Admin Fee.

When you go to place a bid the Admin fee will automatically be deducted from your account which within our system deducts your account credits untill they reach 0 and then will automatically start deducting from the FREE credits you received.

Admin Fees will only be refunded if for some unforeseen reason the auction closes before the total amount of bidders has been reached.

The auction closes when the allocated amount of total bidders has been reached, each auction will be allowed to run for a month before they are reviewed by our administration department to whether it will continue or be canceled, or if the seller/owner decides to take the item off because they sold it else where. If canceled all bidders will be refunded their Admin Fees within following 48 hours.

All past/closed auctions will be on record for 3 months and any disputes or queries should be directed to our administration department first and they will be more than happy to assist you or you may also contact us through our Live Chat or Skype icons.

Bidders that won an item will be notified by email of their win and will have 24 hours to confirm that they received this email, so please make sure that you update all your information if it has changed from the time of registration or you will make it impossible for us to contact you of your win and it will then be passed on the the next Lowest Unique Bid Offered.

If the winner has not replied to our 2nd email confirming he/she has won the item within 24hrs the item will then be offered to the next Lowest Unique Bid Offered who will then be emailed of his/her win explaining that he/she is the 2nd Lowest Unique Bid winning bidder and will have the option to accept or refuse the item.

If refused we will attempt the same with the third lowest Unique Bidder who will also be asked to accept or refuse.

After the third attempt if we don't hear from anyone we will continue this process until we find a winner.

Every member will be treated equally and fairly and treated with respect and we hope that each member will do the same to all other members and our staff.

Happy bidding

  3 What happens if there is no lowest unique bid? ;
Ans:   If there is no Lowest Unique Bidder at the time on closing, then we look for the Lowest Unique Duplicate bid Offers made and the first bidder to have made that bid will be the winner.

  4 Why is there a Admin fee? ;
Ans:   Admin fees are necessary to cover the cost of the product and the services provided like Google and Yahoo, etc costs, wages and most importantly pay for the item. As we have to buy these items at there full price to be able to give you the opportunity of buying them for just a few cents or dollars.

The cost of the Admin fee will vary from 1 credit to 100 credits.
Just Lower Auctions provides a service which gives people the opportunity to buy expensive goods at an extremely low price, (example) bidding on a new car with an Admin fee of 100 credits gives you the chance of owning a new (example) $40,000.oo car for $100.oo, plus what ever your Lowest Unique Bid Offer is, much better and cheaper than running around looking for finance and paying that off every week for the next 7 years.

Your odds of being able to buy/win a new car here are greatly advantaged in 3 ways.

1 is--- The amount of bidders accepted on any item is kept to no more than the "Required Bids" amount, so your competition is limited to only the amount of bids allowed and allocated to an item (say) 1 in 200 or 1 in 500 etc.
2 is---You are told how or where you stand within the list of bidders as soon as you have placed your bid.
This means that if your bidder 355 out of 500 bids needed and you have the Lowest Unique Bid you will be told there and then and all you have to do from there is keep checking your emails to see if you ahve been beaten by another Lowest Unique bidder where you will then have the chance to place another bid offer.
3 is--- The more often you bid the greater the odds are (example only) lets say you place 5 bid offers then you increase your chances of being the buyer/winner of that new car.

We have helped you here by giving you FREE extra credits everytime you deposit $20.00 or more into your account.

This means that you get to place bids for FREE, giving you an even greater opportunity to achieve your goal.

Happy Bidding

  5 How much are credits? ;
Ans:   Credits on our site are $1.00au equals 1 credit.

Our minimum you can deposit is $10.00au.

With every $10.00au plus deposited to your account you will receive a 10% extra free credits with every payment .

All bid increments are made at 1 cent increments, that is ($0.01au).

This means that by placing a bid offer of (example) $0.87au it will count as just that and not be rounded off to the nearest 5 or 10 cents.

All bids must be place in this format ( 0.00 ) to be accepted, this means low bid offers should look like this (example figure only) 0.87 or 0.03 or 1.04 format, if you forget to use this format when you click on Bid Now you will get an error message where you will need to click on the back button of your browser to return to the Make Offer Page.

Also if you want to place a (example) 87 cent bid offer and you type it in like this (87) and not use the Money Format (0.00) then your bid offer will be read as $87.00 and not 0.87 cents.

Very few other auctions will give you free money to bid on in an auction and ask you for your lowest bid at the same time. This makes it a great way of buying Christmas or Birthday presents for friends and loved ones or change your life buy winning a house..

  6 How old do I have to be to participate? ;
Ans:   Players must be at least 18 years old.

  7 I'm not from Australia, can I still participate? ;
Ans:   We are based in Australia and overseas participants are welcome to bid but are to be very careful as to what they bid on as not everything can be posted overseas unless you organize postage yourself at your cost.

We are happy to help you in any way we can and we would suggest you use insurance on the item.

If you can provide us with your area/towns couriers details it would make things easier for us here.

It is possible to ship things as almost anything is possible these days but good communication would be the main thing with this.

Happy Bidding

  8 What payment methods can I use? ;
Ans:   Firstly I would also like to say that we neither see or keep any credit card details on our website as all deposits are made through a seperate secure Paypal website which opens a new window when you deposit an amount into your account and then brings you back to Just Lower Auctions when completed.

You can credit your account in 3 ways at the moment all are as safe and secure as the other and do not involve us keeping any credit card details at all. The minimum that can be deposited is $20.00au. (thats Australian Dollars)

First is - PayPal is free for you to register with. If you already have a paypal account then all you have to do is go to our site map and click on "Make Payment on Account" and follow the prompts. Very easy and quick.

Please keep in mind that if the email address you register with is not the same as your Paypal email address, then our data base will not recognize the transaction process. All you need to do is contact us to make us aware to your payment and we will manually credit your account.

We have no control with how long Paypal takes to clear a transaction although most times it is instant, so please do not hold it against us if they take a day or more as we can assure you that as soon as we have confirmation that your account is cleared, your account on Just Lower Auctions will be credited with that amount plus any bonuses we offer.

Second is - If you do not have a Paypal account then you will need to contact us giving us your email address, Username and the amount you wish to deposit.

Once we receive your email we will reply with a credit card payment form through a secure email supplied by Paypal. All you do is fill in your credit card details required to make the payment and submit. Your details go straight to Paypal and are never seen by anyone other than Paypal (not even us) . This method is the most direct as funds are withdrawn from your bank account instantly. We will then receive a confirmation email from Paypal where we will then credit your account manually.

Third is - If you live in Australia;
You may contact us by email and supply us with an Internet service providers email address only (as all free email account address will be refused) for details to make a direct cash deposit in our website bank account.

Please be aware that these can take up to 2 days to show up on our statements but rest assured your account will be credited as soon as we see your payment.It will also help us to know you made a payment if you email us the receipt number the bank supplied you with at the time of making that deposit so we can identify it as your payment.

If you have any problems or questions please do not hesitate to contact us either via email or our Live Chat or Skype boxes and we will help you.

Happy Bidding

  9 Can I get a refund on my bids? ;
Ans:   Unless an auction is canceled, once bids are placed they are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made to all bidders to their Just Lower Auctions account only if an auction item is canceled by us for reasons stated under the Terms & Conditions.

  10 When will I receive the items that I have bought ? ;
Ans:   All items will only be posted once full payment of the Lowest Unique bid offer made has been paid for and cleared.

Once cleared allow us 2 days to post the item out to you, then depending on where you live and the type of postage/courier used allow about 10 to 15 days and extra for overseas deliveries.

for items like houses, cars, and any other item which is not post-able we will fly the winner only to the item. read the items details by clicking on an items picture to find out which of these methods are used.

The postage details are just an estimate as most times it's much faster but these would be worst case senarios.

Happy Bidding

  11 Is there a delivery charge? ;
Ans:   We want you to experience a deal that is hard to beat when you buy/win items from our website. So we offer as much as we can with every item that is sold either by our sponsors or private sellers.

So we offer you FREE postage on 99% of items sold on our website.

We also pride ourselves on including the following extras with each item below

Houses & businesses; Stamp duty fees, registration fees & up to $5000.00au in lawyer fees and we will fly the winning bidder to that item.
Vehicles; On-road cost, insurance or 1 year, $1000.00 in fuel vouchers plus fly you to the vehicle.
Posted Items We pay for the postage on 99% of items.

All the extras we offer with an item will be written within that items description details and if it is not stated within those details they are not included.

  12 Can I exchange the item I won for cash? ;
Ans:   Unfortunately we do not offer cash in exchange because our sponsors want to sell the goods they place on our website.

For those wanting cash we offer cash auctions for you to bid on.

  13 What happens if the product is faulty? ;
Ans:   If the product is faulty and it is supplied by the Just lower Auctions website, we will replace it if it is returned to us in the same package it was sent to you and returned to us within 14 days after you received the item.

If for some reason the item can not be replaced or fixed and we can not find an item that matches or is better than the one you received we will only refund you the bid offer and Admin fee spent on that item plus the postage fee for sending that item back to us.

We will however do our best to let you know what is going on with every step of the returned item until the matter is resolved.

All our new items come with normal store and/or items warranties if any, that would normally be with a product if you where to by it in a store yourself.

If an item is returned and all we can do is refund you, then the value price of that item which was stated when the item was listed for auction will be donated to a charity organization and we will post a news message on our website stating which charity organization we donated the value of that item to no matter what the item or value is. We at Just Lower Auctions are fully committed to delivering you nothing but the best quality and service on everything we offer and our administrators will not accept anything less.

  14 Tips about bidding ;
Ans:   Some say this is like winning/playing lottery type games. To some point this is true but with a major big difference.

The odds here are in your favor in more ways than one. playing the lottery is totally out of your control, where as here you have control of where and what you offer meaning you control where your placing is within the auction by making an offer. Plus you are told where you stand their and then , so if you are told you have the Lowest Unique Bidall you have to do is keep checking your emails see if any other bidder has taken your spot till the last bid is in place.

First You are told where you stand within the unique bid placing as soon as you have placed your bid.
This means that instead of just placing 1 bid and walking away hoping for the best, you actually get told there and then if you have the lowest unique bid or not.
Second We try to keep the Admin fee down as much as possible but also try to minimize the odds buy trying to keep the required bids to as low as possible.

Unlike normal auctions the trick to bidding here is getting in early and make it harder for the next bidder.

another method is to cover a range of 10 to 20 positions either consecutively or random which makes it also harder for the next bidder.

Our auctions are bid based and not time limited based. this means that the only way to close an items auction is to reach the "Required Bids" amount.

this means the quicker and sooner you place your bids the quicker the auction closes.

Lets use a house as an exampleSay we have a house on our website and it requires 50,000 bids. then all 50,000 bids would need to be met before this auction could close and find a winner.

since some people say this is a type of lottery game then lets compare it to playing any of the lottery games around. lotteries within Australia are at about 50 to 75 million chances to 1 to win and the average player will spend 20 to 50 dollars every week playing these games. Now based on these figures we could sell 2 or more homes every week to the Lowest Unique Bidder with much better odds per auction.

This is our aim and goal, to be able to provide on a constant weekly bases different homes to be sold this way.

This goes for all the items sold on our website. So the real question here is, How many bidders are prepared to try and win any of the items we offer at our low costs and how fast are they prepared to place bids. Waiting for an auction to near the end as you would normal auctions will only delay the closing date meaning we will not be able to offer new items a fast as we would like to see heaps of winners.

Happy bidding and good luck.

  15 Is there a secret bid offer ;
Ans:   NO

We do not have a secret bid offers or instant win bid offers within our auctions.

Unlike some other auctions similar to this all offers here count towards finding the Lowest Unique Bid.

  16 Do we get to see any results ;
Ans:   YES

All closed auctions will be able to be seen by any member for a period of 3 months after the closing date.

We will also try to have video clips of those winnings within our video page.

Everybody will be able to see how the bidding process went and also give them a better idea on how or what type of Unique bid offers to offer.

You will also understand why waiting serves no purpose at all and that by placing your bid offers in quickly you only gain by closing the auction sooner which will make the next property ready for bidding on sooner, thus giving more people a chance a owning a home this way.

  17 Do any Admin Fees go to charity ;
Ans:   YES

We will be giving charity the items value price of any item returned to us as faulty that can not be replaced or fixed.

We will also be donating to charities a % of our profits when we start making a profit.

When ever we donate to a charity we will post the amount given, the date it was given and which organization that received it on our website forum. we will also be donating to child community sporting clubs and disaster volunteer workers and if we can also to those victims.

We have pledged to donate between 20 and 50 percent of our profits which would be divided between these organizations.

  18 When Does The Auction End ;
Ans:   Unlike all the others like us who are time based, we are a bid based auction site. Their is no time limit to an auction and it depends on how quick bidders place their bids in which will determine when the auction closes.

This auction is not like most auctions where waiting for the last few days or the last minute will give you an advantage.

No, here you have a greater chance of acheiving a good result by bidding early as this will give you greater control over how the bidding progress is going.

Some of our items like the businesses and houses, etc are owned by people (sellers) that listed their items on our website. These items may have a end date mentioned within the details of the item which you will find by clicking on that items picture.

This is because most sellers don't want the auction to drag on and on as you can understand. If an item owned by a seller reaches it's end date and it hasn't closed (reached it's Required Bids amount) then the seller will be given 2 options.

1.Is to terminate the auction and remove it from the website.
If this happens then we will refund all the "Admin Fees" paid to each bidder that placed a bid offer on that item.

2.They can choose to extend the items closing date and give it more time. This would probably be the case if they see that they are getting bidders on their item and it is showing interest.

This is also why bidding early is important, otherwise everybody misses out on these great offers if the sellers chooses to terminate the auction.

Our goal is for the public to take advantage of these great deals as getting new sellers to place their house on this type of auction is not easy so we are never sure if we are going to have others following afterwards.

We do work on having at least 2 houses on our website at all times but this will depend on how quick bidders place their bids to show interest in these items and have them close quickly.

Our aim is to make this a new way of being able to buy yourself a house with out the need of any types of loans thus releaving the stresses og paying a mortgage, as everything is paid for in cash.

this is where telling all your friends and work mates about us will help as their is't another place where you can bid on a house for such little money.

We have two options when we look at how much the Admin Fee will be,

1.Is charge a low fee (this is our chosen option) but this also extends the amount of required bids.

2.Charge a larger fee like $50.00 per bid, which will greatly minimise the required bid amount on the item but also make each bidder pay more.

If option 2 is prefered by you the bidder then please go to our forum and let us know about it.

So bidders it is really up to you as to whether we can keep sellers interested in wanting to place their homes here for you to bid on by showing your interest and placing bids in early.

  19 I registered but I can not log in. ;
Ans:   This can be caused by 1 of a few reasons.
1.You did not activate your account via the email we sent you.
2.Your email address was incorrectly spelt meaning it then becomes different to your correct email address.
3.You forgot what password you used or the way you typed it in as. This is a common problem so we advise you to write your password down before you type it in and then copy that in the password field.
4.The mis-use of upper and lower case letters within your password. Passwords can not be all UPPER case letters. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters, Meaning you can use a mixture of Upper and lower case letters, plus at least 1 number.

  20 What does "Your Bid Is Not The Lowest Unique Bid" mean? ;
Ans:   This only means that at this time your bid is not the Lowest Unique Bid.

But it can become the Lowest Unique Bid at any time during the cause of the auction.

No bids are discarded as they all count during the process of an items auction, as the Lowest Unique Bid can go up and down many times during the cause of an items auction.

  21 What does "It is currently the Lowest Unique Bid" mean? ;
Ans:   This means that you have found the Lowest Unique Bid offer at present.

But it does not mean that you have won the item as this can change many times during the process of an items auction till it closes.

But if you where lucky enough to find that Lowest Unique Bid offer then you will receive an email if and when someone else beats you by making a Lower Unique Bid offer or if your offer is copied by someone else.

The Lowest Unique Bid offer winner is only determined when that items auction closes.

  22 Why Should I Use This Website? ;
Ans:   This can be answered in many different ways so we are just going to start with the most obvious answers. Remembering our main goal here is to sell properties and new cars this way.

Lets ask ourselves a few simple questions first.

A - Where else can you buy a property without the need of a credit check?
B - Who will pay your Lawyers fees when you buy a property?
C - How much deposit do you need to save up before you can even think of going for a bank loan?
D - How many years do you need to save for before the banks say yes?
E - How stable does your work history have to be for financial institutions to say yes?
F - Would a rental income benefit you if you already owned a home?
G - Would a new car or a house help out my son or daughter who are just about to get married?
H - How much money could I save if I had the Lowest Unique Bid Offer when the item closed?

These are all questions we can help you answer very simply by just saying Right Here On JUST LOWER AUCTIONS Lowest Unique Bid website.

Here you can own a home without the need of financial institutions at all, without the need to save a deposit, without the credit checks, without a job and best of all you can make your next Christmas, Birthday, Wedding a really exciting one if you have the Lowest Unique Bid Offer when the auction closes.

  23 Why is there a Video Page & what is it used for? ;
Ans:   We have developed a video page for a few reasons.

1 - Is to help you with issues like filling out the registration form and How To Bid, etc.
2 - Is to show all our news articles as our business grows.
3 - Is to give the opportunity for sellers to take a video of there item and show it to you the viewers, thus having a better and more realistic idea of what you are bidding on.

  24 My Paypal payment does not show up in my account. WHY? ;
Ans:   Paypal has many very different payment account systems that are set-up when you set your account up with Paypal.

Unlike dealing with normal auction sites where Paypal payments are for paying for items and the seller tells you it can take ten days for your item to arrive. This is because they already allow for the Paypal gateway difference and will send you your item when it has been confirmed.

There is also the fact that payment for those auction site stays within the Paypal data base, The same thing happens with our system.

The difference is that payment then has to connect to our data base to credit your Just Lower Auctions account.
This is where the difference comes into play and where your email address connects our two data bases together.
With this connection payment has to be made by us manually. Which is something that never happens on normal auction sites.

This is all done in the back-ground without you knowing as it saves problems.

Now because we deal in straight out cash payment amounts and not with delivering items with each payment, how quick your account is credited on our website totally depends on the type of account that you have with Paypal.

Below are some types of accounts and how they work.

Direct from your bank account

If your Paypal account is set-up through just your savings/bank account then Paypal can take up to five days to process a payment in which case it would not be accepted as an instant payment form by them. Telling us that it will take 3 to 5 working days to clear.

In this case our gateway payment system would not register your payment instantly as it has been told by Paypal to wait 5 working days.
But since Paypal can access your bank account to retrieve this payment we do credit your account as fast as we can for you manually. We do not have to do this.
Any amounts over $100.00au will not be manually credited until it has cleared with Paypal.
If done during working hours then your website account will be credited as soon as our staff receive the confirmation email by Paypal.
If payment is made after hours (6pm) our Admin staff will keep checking e-mails every hour till midnight and credit those payments manually.
If payment confirmation if received after midnight we will credit your account first thing in the morning we when we start at 9am allowing for time to catch up the back load from that night.

From your Credit Card

These are the fastest and most direct payments as Paypal can access payments instantly thus giving our data base system an instant message saying the funds are available.
Meaning your account on our website will instantly and automatically be credited.

eCheque Payments through Paypal.

E-Cheque payments are a different payment system which also takes up to 5 working days to clear.
The difference with these is we receive an e-mail when this payment clears so we can credit your account on our website manually.
When using eCheque payments we will receive an e-mail telling us not to finalize a payment until it has been cleared with Paypal and that it can take 3 to 5 working days to clear.
When we receive this confirmation e-mail we can then credit your account manually.

E-Mail Credit Card Option

This is for those that don't have a Paypal account or do not want to go through Paypal.
You Contact us by email suppling us with your Just Lower Auction website user-name and the amount you wish to deposit.
We will then send you a credit card payment form supplied by Paypal secure e-mail protocol.
Once you have filled in your credit card details and submitted the email, it takes about 5 minutes for us to receive a confirmation e-mail stating whether your payment was accepted or declined.
If accepted we will then credit your Just Lower Auction account with that amount plus any bonuses we offer.
If it says declined, we will then e-mail you that copy to show you your payment was declined.

Different E-mail Address

If your email address with Just Lower Auctions is different to the e-mail address you us with Paypal, the two data base will not communicate at all.
This means that your account on Just Lower Auction will not be credited automatically within our system.
It also means that if you are aware the the two e-mail addresses are different then it would help us to credit your account quicker to let us know you made a payment by forwarding us the Paypal confirmation e-mail you received so we can credit your account.

We keep a copy of all the Paypal transaction we receive from them as a permanent record on file.

Please remember we are not here to cheat you and we pay a 2.7% fee on all transactions that go through Paypal so by giving you a 10% bonus you are actually receiving a total of 12.7% bonus from us.

We have no control over how Paypal do business and can only go along with the way they operate as we are a cash style business and not a shopping cart type payment system.

If you feel your payment should have been credited and didn't please feel free to send us an e-mail to sales@justlower.com.au or phone us on ( 20 ) 4786 0200 anytime between 8am and midnight Australian-EST

  25 What is the Verification Code that comes with Bank deposit details for? ;
Ans:   We have had many members use this feature, so we have made the steps to access this information much easier and quicker for you the member

By doing so we have enforced some security measures to allow this to happen

Most importantly read the Terms & Conditions of use first that will be displayed above the submit button.

Each time you click on submit you will be sent an e-mail with our Bank details>

At the same time we will receive an e-mail which will have in it your user-name, the date, the time and the verification code you typed in the text box.

This will automatically also be recorded to your account details in our data base and kept-ed as a permanent towards your account on Just Lower Auctions.

Failure to read the terms & Conditions will be no excuse for any and all wrong doings and mis-use of our bank details.

  26 When Is The Best Time To Place My Bid Offer? ;
Ans:   This is an easy question to answer Since we do not rely on time to close a auction off.

The quicker you place your bid offers in the sooner that item closes and goes to a winner.

How Does That Work?Think of it like playing all those Lotto type games every week as most of us do.

In Lotto it makes no difference whether you pick your numbers just before or just after each draw and anywhere in between as most people already have an idea of the numbers they are going to play each week.

Wellthis is pretty much the same type of system only here all you have to do is put in what ever you Think Is Going To be The LOWEST UNIQUE BID OFFER when the auction closes.

Play this like you play the others every week and see a new house winner every week.

What Are My Odds Of Winning A House?Again very simple to answer.

Again using the same example as above.

You have a ball park minimum of 10 to 50 million to 1 chances of winning.

With us your chances of winning are only as high as what ever the REQUIRED BIDS amount is placed on that item.

Never any more, So to WIN a HOUSE that requires 60,000 REQUIRED BIDS give you a 60,000 to 1 chances of finding that LOWEST UNIQUE BID OFFER.

We shall yet you decide which you think has the better odds on a weekly bases if we could receive enough bidders every week.

Happy Bidding
