Please read all the Terms & Conditions before joining. Becoming a member of Just Lower Auctions™ indicates that you have read and agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated below.
There are certain countries and states as is the case in Victoria, Australia that do not allow you to either join or bid or win on these types of auction websites. These are Penny Auction and Unique Bid Auction websites. It is totally your responsibility to know your own country and state laws and not that of Just lower Actions or any member of it's staff.
If you do join and bid or win anything on our website and it is found to be that you are in one of these areas that you accept total and full responsibly for your own consequences and that Just Lower Auctions will be in no way at fault for your lack of knowledge on this matter. By bidding and/or winning any items from one of these places you also understand that no refund will be made of any kind on bids that you placed on our websites and that if you are a winner that that item will go the next Lowest Unique bid Offered.
FAMILY AND EMPLOYEES OF JUST LOWER AUCTIONS AND THE WEBSITE DEVLOPERS ASIGNED TO WORK ON THE JUST LOWER AUCTION WEBSITE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE AUCTIONS. THIS INCLUDES SIBLINGS, OF THOSE FAMILIES.
Introduction
A. All Terms & Conditions contained herein solely apply to the Internet website on Just Lower Auctions™, its employees and users. By signing up for an account and participating in the service available, users are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions that follow.
B. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you are not eligible to become a member of Just Lower Auctions™. If you live in a country or State that does not approve of this type of auction then it is advised you do not become a member, as we will not be held responsible or liable for any consequences brought upon you for using our services or website.
C. Just Lower Auctions™ will not be held responsible for the condition of any goods once they are posted/sold that come from other sellers/owners and advise bidders to check with sellers before bidding if they have any questions or doubts. Just Lower Auctions owners will also be selling items on our website, these items will mostly be new and come from brand name stores.
All care will be taken by Just Lower Auctions™ in wrapping and handling items of products that come from us, but we cannot guarantee how the postal service or couriers will handle items so we recommend insurance as a safer option. We will help with the exchange of goods or offer a refund for what you paid as the winner if those goods cannot be replaced or offer you the best and closest likeness of what you have. This will only be accepted within 2 days of receiving your item and you contacting us about having received the damaged goods and no later. This is a fair time frame considering if an item is damaged in transit you will know about it as soon as you open the package.
D. Should any member be found giving us false or fraudulent information, we reserve the right to cancel the membership without prior notice and or block that member’s IP address from being able to re-register again with Just Lower Auctions™.

F. The word Unique is used on our website for the purposes of describing the Lowest Unique Bid offer made. This means a bidder that has placed (Example only)52 cents (end of example) would have to be the only bidder to have made that bid offer and also be the lowest of all unique bids to win the item. This is the same throughout our entire website for all items sold.
The Lowest Unique Bid is the lowest bid placed that has not been duplicated by any other player/bid.
Example; The auction has ended and the bids are like this,
bidder-A = 2c
bidder-B = 2c
bidder-C = 3c
bidder-A = 3c
bidder-D = 4c
bidder-D = 3c
bidder-B = 5c
bidder-C = 5c
bidder-E = 6c
In this case bidder-D gets to buy/win that item for 4c plus postage costs if stated as he/she is the only one to have made that bid and he/she has the Lowest Unique Bid amount. Now if another bidder came along and placed a 1 cent bid offer then he/she would become the winner as no-body has used this amount as yet.
This is the same for, if somebody came along and placed a 4 cent offer then the Lowest Unique Bid Would become the 6 cent amount ( This scenario does not include the 1 cent offer as this example is base on the table above).
Bid offers can range from 1c to the "Max Bid Amount" allowed of that particular item and you can place as many bids as you like on any one item as long as you have enough credit in your account to cover the Admin Fee.
Two or more Bids that are the same do not constitute as being a Unique Bid.
When you go to place a bid the Admin fee will automatically be deducted from your account which within our system deducts your account credits untill they reach 0 and then will automatically start deducting from the FREE credits you received.
The auction closes when the allocated amount of total bidders has been reached, each auction will be allowed to run for a month before they are reviewed by our administration department to whether it will continue or be canceled, or if the seller/owner decides to take the item off because they sold it else where. If canceled all bidders will be refunded their Admin Fees within following 48 hours.
G. All third party use of this website is illegal and will never be accepted by us for any reason. Letting some-one else use your log-in details is a breach of the privacy act and you will be banned.
G.1 Each time the submit button is clicked on you will receive an e-mail. We will also receive an e-mail with your details plus the Verification Code, which we will match with your e-mail. If this e-mail does not match your money will be refunded to the bank account it came from. As this is the only way Bank Deposit Details will be sent to you and payment accepted.
G.2 Under no circumstances are you allowed to discuss your bid offer to or with any other member of Just Lower Auctions whether a member of your own family or not.
G.3 If it is ever found that you have discussed this your membership will be terminated instantly and you will loss all rights to any items you may win. Plus you will not receive a refund for bid offers already in placed on UN-closed items.
G.4 Any type of mis-use may/can or will result in us contacting both Police and Fraud authorities plus any other agent we feel will help solve this wrong doing.
G.5 Failure to follow these rules may or will cause you to be banned from ever registering on Just Lower Auctions ever again.
G.6 House holds can register multiple accounts if they wish but can not use the same email address, password, and Username as your registration process will be denied by our system if you do.
G.7 Some smaller items come from popular well known department stores and are only bought once the auction has been completed. We do this so you receive the full term of that items warranty with your item and that one that may have or be close to expiring. These stores sponsor our goods on this website to give you the change of owning them for as little as possible but with the most possible warranty that comes with that item.
Because some items may take some time to end, there is a chance that the item listed will be either out of stock our not available anymore in which case we will offer you either an upgraded version of that item or offer you the cash equivalent og that item.
If you have something to sell but it doesn't meet our criteria on this website you can go to our other auction site called Ozy Online Auctions www.ozyonline.com.au and place your item there for free. There are NO Sellers fees or Final Value fees or Joining fees on Ozy Online Auctions. Just join and sell or buy as you wish.

1. Advertisements
1.1 We at Just Lower Auctions™ are willing to accept advertisements on our
site for a small fee. We will not accept any type of porn or adult
entertainment ads of any kind.
1.2 We only use 2 sizes in banners and we are also able to have one made
for you by our banner designers at a cheaper rate for placement on our
site.
1.3 We take no responsibility for any and all content within the sites
that place ads with us or any harm that my arise to any part of you or
your computer and/or your computers contents at any time as these sites
are not in our control and are owned by a third party.
1.4 All disputes should be taken out with that websites owners, not us.
2. How to use our site
2.1 This Auction site is not like typical auction sites where the
more/higher you bid the better chance you have of winning/buying that
item. NO we do not want your highest bid here, ever.
2.2 What we want here is your Lowest Unique Bid. We want to know what is the
lowest you are prepared to pay for any item that is sold on Just Lower Auctions™ site, whether it be a UHF radio, gaming console, new or used
car and even on a house, property or business sold through our
website.
3. How does this work
3.1 Once you become a member (for free) of Just Lower Auctions™ you will
need to deposit money into your account with Just Lower Auctions™ to be able to place a bid offer. Please
read the Frequently Asked Questions for more details on how our website
works.
3.2 At no stage do we see or keep credit card details on our website all
payments are made through a separate secure Papal window.
3.3 All currency on our website is in Australian dollars (au) or (AUD)
amounts and it will be up to you to find your countries exchange rate at
the time of making a deposit. Click on this link to check your conversion
rate currency Converter to Australian dollars.
3.4 The minimum amount you can deposit is AUD $20.00 which equals 20 credits
on Just Lower Auctions™.
3.5 Your account credits will be displayed within the Log In box once you
have Logged In, you can also keep track of just about anything that you
do within your account and all bids made by you through our Site Map
which will give you access to all your information.
4. Make a payment into your account
4.1 You can credit your account in 3 ways. All are equally safe and
secure and do not involve us keeping any credit card details. The minimum
that can be deposited is AUD $10.00.
4.2 First: Pay-Pal is a free service you can register with. If you already
have a Paypal account, then all you have to do is go to our site map
and click on "Make Payment on Account" and follow the prompts.
4.3 We have no control over how long Paypal takes to clear a transaction as it can take 3 to 5 days to clear,
but we assure you that as soon as we have confirmation, your account on
Just Lower Auctions™ will be credited with that amount plus any bonuses we
offer.
4.4 Second: If you do not have a Papal account, then you will need to
contact us giving us your email address you registered with, your username and the amount you wish to deposit.
4.5 Once we receive your email, we will reply with a credit card payment form
through a secure email supplied by Papal. All you do is fill in your
credit card details required to make the payment, the amount will already be set and click on submit. Your details go straight to Papal and are
never seen by anyone other than Papal.
4.6 This method is the most direct, as funds are withdrawn from your bank
account instantly and, if cleared, you get instant access to bid on Just Lower Auctions™ website once we receive the Paypal confirmation email, we will then credit your account with that amount plus any promotional bonuses offered.
4.7 Third: If you live in Australia, you may contact us by email and supply
us with your email address from an Internet service provider(as all free
email account addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo will be refused)
for details to make a direct cash deposit at the bank. Please be aware
that these can take up to 2 days to show up on our statements, but we
assure you that your account will be credited as soon as we are notified
of receipt of funds.
It will be up to you to notify us of your deposit including the amount and reference number you used when making that deposit. This is so we know exactly who to make the credit to.
4.8 You received an email address from your Internet service provider when
you had your Internet connected to your computer − everyone who has an
Internet connection has an email address from their Internet service
provider. Internet service providers include companies such as Telstra,
Optus and any of their sub-agencies. A free email account is one you
opened with companies such as Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo, etc.)
4.9 If you have any problems or questions please do not hesitate to contact

4.10 All or any free credits that you may receive from Just Lower Auctions™
cannot be redeemed or transferred for cash for any reason.
4.11 Our system is designed to deduct credits from your account first and
will start using any free credits acquired when your account reaches zero
(0). But you will see the full total of the two amounts within your
account details when you log in.
4.12a - Using our Bank details
4.12b - Please be aware that every time you click on this submit button that we will receive a notification email with your details on it, being your user-name, email address, date, time and the verification code you type in below, which will be matched with the email you receive.
4.12c - Any abuse of this feature will result in you the member mentioned on that email to be firstly warned and with the second notice will be banned from using our website and will forfeit all rights to any prizes or refunds of any bids placed on items.
4.12d - We have placed this here to make your access easier and quicker and will for no reason accept or tolerate any type of abuse with our Bank details.
4.12e - Please read the inside of the email before using it as it is the only way a bank Payment will be accepted
By us.
4.12f - By continuing beyond this point you agree that you are that member and that full responsibility for you and only you using this feature and it's details sent to you via e-mail.
412g - You also agree that if you claim that it was not you that you are still liable to these Conditions because it will have meant that you gave your log-in details to some-one else with is also a breach to this websites Terms & Conditions thus making you completely liable for any mis-use of this whole website pertaining to your account and as a result will be banned from ever using the Just Lower Auctions website for good.
4.12h - This is the only way any Direct Bank payments will be accepted and each emails verification code may only be used once per transaction.
4.12i - Failure to comply will result in your website account NOT being credited and your funds being returned to your bank account by our bank.
5. Placing a bid
Each items box is laid out like the example below.

5.1 Value; is the estimated cost of the item would you pay for it in a store (new
items). For second-hand items, it is the cost the seller thinks it should
sell for if it were to be sold in a normal auction.
5.2 Admin Fee; is the cost of the item plus our administration fee for
looking after, placing the item and any of our services required to manage
the sale of the item. This will vary depending on the price of the item.
5.3 Required Bids; is the number of bids set by our administration to cover
all costs, but also to determine the cheapest fee you will need to pay to
make a bid offer. This is not set by the sellers themselves.
5.4 Bids Remaining; is the amount of bids needed to be made for that item to
close.
5.5 Depending on the amount of Required Bids asked for, which is determined
by the price of the item, an auction may go for as short as 1 week to as
long as several months. The auction closes when the Bids Remaining reaches
0.
5.6 We are able to close an auction before it ends if we find it necessary
without prior notice, in which case all Admin fees will be refunded/added
back into your account on Just Lower Auctions™.
5.7 Although we will try to prevent this from happening, it can be because
the item has been damaged, or for some other reason beyond our control. We
apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience in cases where this
occurs and we will refund Admin fees. We are not responsible for any
consequential expenses or losses incurred when we are required to end an
auction.
5.8 When you have found an item that you wish to bid on you will need to
first click on BID NOW within that items box which will take you to
another screen where you can decide how much you would like to bid.
5.9 Remember we want your Lowest Unique Bid Offer, so think of a low unique amount
that you feel is what you would pay for the item and place it in the box.
remembering that it has to be a Unique Bid offer for you to win the item.
5.10 By clicking on BID NOW, at this point you agree to pay for the Admin fee
for placing your bid.
5.11 Your bid offer is not deducted at this point.
5.12 Once you click on BID NOW after placing your bid offer, you will be
told if you are:
A. Your bid has been placed.It is currently the lowest Unique Bid.
Please watch till the auction finishes if you have won the product.
You will receive an e-mail if your bid has been beaten.
B.Your bid has been placed. but unfortunately it is not the lowest unique bid.
To win, please try again.
5.13 It will be up to you to choose what to do next. You will receive an
email for each bid you make and can keep track of all your bid offers in
the Site Map.
6. Auction Closing Notification
6.1 When an item closes, the winning buyer will be notified by email of
his/her win. They will then receive a second email within 24 hours
confirming that we are aware of their win and stating all amounts due.
6.2 This will include the final sale price, postal fees or delivery charges
plus insurance price (optional).
6.3 The winner will then have 24 hours to confirm that he/she accepts the
item and a total of 5 days from the closing date to pay for the item. This
means crediting their account with Just Lower Auctions™ to cover all these
costs or sending it to the seller/owner by the time specified.
6.4 If the winner accepts the item and their account has enough funds to
cover the total final cost of the item, then we will deduct it from their
account or the seller will confirm with us they have received payment.
6.5 If the winner refuses the item in writing by replying to the second
email within 24 hours, then their account with Just Lower Auctions™ will
not have the winning unique bid offer deducted from their account but will have a $10.00au refusal fee to pay to cover the costs of us finding and contacting the next lowest unique bid winner.
6.6 In the event that the first winner refuses the item or does not contact
us within 24 hours after the second email, that item will be offered to
the second lowest unique winning bidder who will be notified by email and also
given 24 hours to confirm they accept the item. If they do accept, then
all conditions from the first winner/buyer roll down to the second buyer/winner.
6.7 If for some reason the second buyer refuses the item, the third winning
lowest unique bidder will be offered the item by email and they will also have 24
hours to accept. If they do accept, all conditions from the first and
second winner/buyer roll down to the third.
6.8 If the third refuses, we will keep the process of working up the ladder
of lowest unique bid winners until we find a winner that accepts the item.
6.9 All decisions made by Just Lower Auctions™ will be final and a copy of
the bidding process from a closed auction will be visible to all members
after a winner has been found and they receive the item.
6.10 No items can be taken or transferred to cash for any reason.
7. Accepting An Item You Won
7.1 Once you place a bid on any item within our website, you agree and
accept that you have read all of Just Lower Auctions™ Terms & Conditions
and the seller's Terms of Sale and description of that item.
7.2 By bidding and accepting on any item, you are, in effect, signing a
contract between you and the seller and become subject to normal contract
laws unless otherwise stated on our website.
7.3 You are also accepting to either pay the postage fees or delivery cost,
or pick up the item yourself. You are also accepting all other conditions
laid out within the items description details.
8. Patents, Copyrights & Trademark
8.1 Just Lower Auctions™ Website design, name, features and all other
material within Just Lower Auctions™ are under copyright and under no
circumstances can it be copied, duplicated, imitated, distributed,
modified, uploaded or post any items/material in any way shape or form from Just Lower Auctions™ website without the written consent of Just Lower Auctions™ owners, administration and/or partners.
8.2 Some contents/items being sold on Just Lower Auctions™ may be under patent and/or copyright/trademark and these belong to their rightful owners. For this reason, we do not permit any copying of items/material used by sellers that are brought into the Just Lower Auctions™ website for the purposes of selling their items. (This excludes all items/material and features supplied by Just Lower Auctions™ for the purposes of selling).
8.3 In the event that items/material are in violation of patent and/or
copyright restrictions, it will be taken up with the user that is using the
patented and/or copyright/trademark items/material by the owner of the patented and/or copyright/trademark items/material.
8.4 We advise the owner of the alleged patented and/or copyright
items/material to contact Just Lower Auctions™ support first to inform us
of such breaches and we will help in confirming if any breach has been
made before the owner of the patented and/or copyright items/material,
contacts the user to avoid any unnecessary confrontation between the user
and the owner of the patented and/or copyright items/material(we may need
proof that your item/material is protected by patent and/or copyright laws
accompanied with a signed letter from the owner of the patented and/or
copyright items/material before any steps can be taken by Just Lower
Auctions™ staff).
8.5 However, Just Lower Auctions™ takes no responsibility for a users
actions in using patented and/or copyright items/material, and although we
will help to resolve this issue between the two parties only as mediators
(by request only in writing), we take absolutely no responsibility for the
misuse of patented and/or copyright items/material.
8.6 We do reserve the right to cancel a member’s item/material suspected
of any breach or suspend and/or cancel any sellers/members that we find
have breached any of these conditions without prior warning until the
matter is resolved (the member it concerns will then be notified by email
of the suspension and/or cancellation of their item and/or account).
8.7 It will be up to Just Lower Auctions™ to determine the seriousness of
the matter which will then determine how this matter will be dealt with in
regards to reactivating that member’s account with Just Lower Auctions™.
8.8 The suspended/cancelled member may plead his/her case in writing by
email to Just Lower Auctions™ support if they feel they have been wrongly
accused in the use of the patented and/or copyrighted items/material.
8.9 All suspended members will have their accounts reinstated after a period
of no less than 1 month after they have sent us a signed written statement
that they will comply with all the Term and Conditions of Just lower
Auctions™ in the future.
8.10 All cancelled members may re-apply after one year (12 months) in
writing with a signed statement stating that they will comply with all of
the Just Lower Auctions™ Terms and Conditions. These Conditions are
binding and all signed statements will be kept on record permanently with
any further breaches disallowing any future involvement with Just Lower Auctions™ permanently.
8.11 Any suspended or cancelled members found trying to sell or buy under
another name or account will automatically be withdrawn without warning
and the member that owns that account will be suspended as well.
9. Policies On Fraud
9.1 Just Lower Auctions™ will not tolerate any type of fraud from any
country for any reason. All account, information, IP addresses and
anything else relevant will be sent to the appropriate authorities for
further investigation if fraud is suspected.
9.2 Just Lower Auctions™ make no guarantees that a user’s information or
identity is correct when they register with us and this is admittedly hard
to track, but any such offenders giving false information will be
suspended instantly following further investigation.
9.3 Just lower Auctions™ keeps a record of all IP addresses for the purpose
of matching them to the correct credit card details and personal details
(kept on a separate computer) when payment transactions are made, and
therefore it is your duty as a user, member and/or seller to supply us
with the correct details for the purpose of identification.
9.4 All such personal information is kept private and on a separate computer
from our website and will never be passed on to third parties for any
reason other than to any relevant authorities if involved with activities
such as fraud of any type and/or in the event they are requested by a
member or seller to resolve a dispute.
9.5 It will be left up to Just Lower Auctions™ as to whether or not the
dispute requires personal information to be transferred, and if in the
event any personal information does need to be transferred, it will be to
both parties involved and it will only be accepted when applied for in
writing via email.
9.6 If a member is found committing any offenses and they are suspended for
such offenses, all auction bids placed by them and/or all items being sold
by them will be instantly ceased/cancelled without warning with no
refunds of any money or credits owing.
9.7 We at Just Lower Auctions™ will not tolerate any type of fraud, attempts
of fraud or anything to do with misleading another member for the purpose
of obtaining either free items, money or personal information from another
member or user of Just lower Auctions™.
10. All Promotions
10.1 Just Lower Auctions™ at any time may hold or offer promotions or
vouchers. These promotions will only be valid if they came from ads on our
website, websites we advertise on, or in our newsletters.
10.2 A copy will need to be kept unless otherwise stated in those ads or in
our newsletters (you may be required to supply either a link from which
you saw the ad or a copy of the newsletter for verification).
10.3 NO other forms of promotions will be accepted by Just Lower Auctions™
for any reason. In other words, if it did not come from us it is not ours
and will not be honoured. We keep a record of where all our ads go and a
record of all our newsletters for reference.
10.4 No FREE CREDITS are allowed to be used on any item valued
over A$1000.00 and all bids found to be made using FREE CREDITS on
such items will be cancelled/withdrawn without notification from that
items auction process and you will loose all rights of being able to
claim those free credits back to use elsewhere.
10.5 We truly hope all bidders understand this from both our point of view
and the sellers point of view.
10.6 It is possible that when there are enough bidders using our auction
site in future we will make this a promotional feature on an item.
11. Promoting and Advertising Won Items
11.1 We reserve the right to use any item that is won in any future advertisements involving Just Lower Auctions.
11.2 Winners have the option to not be disclosed within these advertisements and also ask not to have there name used.
11.3 We would appreciate winners to allow themselves to be filmed when first receiving the item including before and after clips. Have change of life style interviews with us and any media we choose to advertise this great win.
11.4 In the case of winning a house we do reserve the right to have media present when you arrive off the plane, sign contracts, have keys handed over to you by the seller/owner, and from inside when you walk in and include an interview about your thoughts of our website and your great life changing win.
11.5 We also reserve the right to post pictures/photos and video clips of your win on our website and use them for advertising purposes on any of our other websites or websites of our choosing.
11.6 All pictures and video will belong to Just Lower Auctions with no rights given to anybody else but will supply you the winner with copies of your photos and video clips for your own personal records.
11.7 Any pictures or filming after the day you have taken possession of your item you will have the right to refuse any and all interviews, photos and videos be taken by anybody.
12. Cash Auctions
12.1 All our cash auctions are designed to help both the Lowest Unique Bid winner and the community.
12.2 Up to 50% of all cash Auctions profit over the winning amount will be donated to these organizations and listed within our forum stating the name of the organization that was donated to and the amount donated.
13 - Refunds
13.1 Refunds of all Admin Fees Paid for placing Bid Offers will be only given on closed items.
13.2 All refunds will be made to your Just Lower Auctions website account and not as a payment to your bank account.
13.3 If you have any unused cash that was credit to your account on Just Lower Auctions of an amount more than $10.00au you may ask for a refund for any amount over that $10.00au or more, you may ask for any amount over $10.00au to be refunded to you. No refunds will be given if less than $10.00au unless you are closing your Just Lower Auctions membership in which case the full amount will be refunded. What this means is you must have a minimum of $20.00au to ask for a $10.00au Refund.
13.4 Closing/Cancelling your membership with Just Lower Auctions will forfeit you from winning any items you may have placed a bid offer on. Any bid offers placed by you before closing your account can not be refunded either before or after the closing of that item.
13.5 We may refund you via Internet banking and can take a 2 to 5 days to show up on your Bank Statement depending on your bank.
13.6 Or via a business cheque sent only to the address on our website data base that you registered with and no other. This is another reason why suppling your correct information is important.
13.7 We take no responsibility for any wrong bank details given to us. Meaning we will not spend time chasing it up and looking for it as this can be done by your bank.
13.8 Suppling some-one else's information or act as some-one else is an offense by law and as such punishable by the law.
